These terms and conditions set out how the Flexicover website (the "Website") can be used and users agree to be bound by them.
In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means Flexicover, a division of Travel Insurance Facilities Plc. (company number 03220410) whose registered address is 1 Tower View, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4UY.
- Access to the Website and content
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Website, but there are times when this may not be possible for reasons outside of our control.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information or service on the Website from time to time.
We assume no responsibility for the content or services of any external websites that link to or from the Website.
Operating Systems, Browser and Device Support
We support the latest two major versions of operating systems for Microsoft Windows™, Apple Mac OS® / iOS® and Android®. We support the latest two major releases of Google Chrome, Safari®, Firefox®, Microsoft Edge™ and Internet Explorer® on a rolling basis. It is recommended for both your system security and optimum performance when using the internet that operating systems and browsers are kept up to date.
We regularly test the Website on a number of devices, including tablets and mobile devices, to ensure compatibility and whilst every care is taken to fix bugs reported, we accept no liability for browser related errors and user operational errors.
Please note the lowest resolution currently supported on a PC is 1024x768.

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the software and systems that run this Website in order to obtain quotes for and purchase travel insurance and access related services.
We offer a wide range of insurance products and insurance-related services through the Website. You are entirely responsible for deciding whether or not to purchase any of these products or services. Whilst the Website may offer helpful information on general insurance matters it does not seek to advise you on which particular products and services to purchase or any particular organisation to purchase them from. Nor shall anything be deemed to constitute financial advice; all material is for general information purposes only. You should review the specific terms that apply to any particular product or service before buying. If you are unsure whether an insurance product or service offered by the Website is suitable for your needs or specific requirements, please contact us, the relevant supplier or seek independent professional advice before making a purchase.
Any quotation that we have issued in writing which includes a discount will be valid for 14 days from the date of the quotation.
- Discounts and Promotions
Discounts and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount voucher and apply to new purchases only.
Unless a discount is offered specifically via a third party channel or provider, any discount displayed on Flexicover marketing materials is only available when purchasing a policy directly from Flexicover.
Flexicover reserves the right to withdraw or amend discounts and/or promotions at anytime.
- Automatic renewals for annual multi trip policies
To ensure you have continuous cover all our annual policies follow an automatic renewal process. We will write to you at least 3 weeks before your policy is due to expire and tell you about the new premium, including any Loyalty Discount and any changes to the policy terms and conditions. If you are happy with the renewal information, you do not need to contact us as we will automatically collect your premium and renew your policy. If you wish to make changes or opt-out from our automatic renewal process, please contact us by email on email@example.com or by calling 0800 093 9495 in advance of the selected renewal date.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the Website, together with all design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belong to us or our licensors. All rights are reserved. No material may be reproduced or redistributed without our prior written permission. You may, however, retain a single copy of material for your own non-commercial offline viewing in connection with a product or service purchased from the Website.
All rights in Flexicover are owned by Travel Insurance Facilities Plc. Other product and company names mentioned on the Website are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
You retain ownership of any non-personal data you submit to the Website but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-terminable licence to collect, use and distribute such non-personal data in any manner.

Subject to liability which we accept above: (a) our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this agreement or use of the Website shall not exceed £100; and (b) we shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise howsoever arising out of or in connection with this agreement or use of the Website for any losses not directly associated with such*, loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation.
* For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made or caused by a breach by a supplier.
These clauses do not affect your statutory rights.

If we fail to enforce a right under this agreement, that failure will not prevent us from enforcing other rights or the same type of right on a later occasion.
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of such modifications. We may assign or transfer our rights under this agreement due to a re-organisation of trade or share sale, or to any company in the Travel Insurance Facilities Plc group of companies for our convenience.
No term of this agreement is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to it.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed according to English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which each party submits.
