Chitipa is your first destination to begin your journey before you travel to the city of Karonga and its various fossil attractions. Move onto the sanctified city of Livingstonia graced by several old colonial style buildings before you travel to the mesmerizing tobacco farming city of Rhumpi. Next travel to transport hub of Mzuzu, through which, you will reach the city of Mzimba and then onto Kasungu. Next, travel to Mayani from where you can reach the city of Salima. From there, journey to the pleasantly chaotic capital city of Lilongwe before you can move to forested city of Dedza. Next, travel to Mangochi and visit its exceptional colonial monuments before you journey to Liwonde separated by a river passing through it. The elevated city of Zomba is next on the itinerary after which, make your way to Blantyre which provides visitors with several opportunities to explore the remote areas. Finally, end your journey at the quaint and rustic village of Nsanje to complete your journey.

Although small in size, Malawi is not without its various attractions. One of the largest and popular attractions that appeals to visitors from all around the world is the great lake of Malawi that runs alongside the major part of the country. Apart from this attraction, visitors can choose from the several national parks scattered around the country. Some of the most popular natural attractions include the Liwonde national park, Lake Malawi National Park, the Nyika National Park, the Kasungu National Park and the Lengwe National park. The Malawian cuisine revolves around the single staple of maize, whereas tea and fish are the popular elements of most of the cuisines here. Visitors who are craving a traditional meal can always try the nsima which is dipped in a variety of different stews known as relishes. These mouthwatering stews can range from vegetables to meat infused. Visitors can also dine on the delicious kachumbari and kondowole which is also popular amongst the locals.
