If you are having trouble paying for your travel insurance online, make sure you check all of your personal and payment details.
Please ensure you have selected the correct card type and entered your full card number. Check the expiry and valid from date has been entered correctly. Also, make sure you have entered the correct security code (CVC). For most cards this code is the last three digits shown on the signature strip, the code for American Express cards is the 4 digit number on the front of the card.
If you are paying with Switch or Maestro you may also need to enter the issue number that appears on the front of the card.
