Whether you’re off on a city break or a family vacation – no one wants anything to jeopardise their holiday. If disaster does strike and you don’t have quality travel insurance cover in place, you could be left with a holiday nightmare and expensive bills.
At Flexicover, we want our policyholders to have the best holiday and make amazing memories, without having a single worry. Which is why we continue to create new products to ensure you have the opportunity to protect both yourself and your well deserved trip.
That’s why we’ve created the new Diamond product, which offers our widest range of travel insurance cover, and all without a policy excess. Of course, it may be a little more expensive than other policies available, but you’ll find that a few extra pounds gains you a lot of extra travel insurance protection with Diamond.
Is this available on just single trip policies?
The Diamond level of cover is available in both single and multi trip options, so you can take us away for just one special trip, or every trip you have planned for the next 12 months (including business trips, pre-planned weekends away and staycations in the UK).
What are the benefits of the Diamond cover level?
Besides from £0 policy excess, the Diamond product offers our widest range of cover, so should you need to cancel or you be bought home early, miss your departure or have your valuables stolen – we are able to help.
Key benefits include*:
- Cover to cancel or cut short your trip for anything you could not have been expected to foresee or avoid.
- Gadgets – should they be lost, stolen or damaged.
- Financial failure of your accommodation or transport provider – before or during your trip.
- Emergency medical cover up to £10 million per insured person.

If I have a medical condition can I still purchase a Diamond policy?
All Flexicover policies consider cover for all conditions, and you can declare them either online or over the phone. You’ll be asked a short set of questions to enable us to determine whether we can cover you and if an additional premium or excess is required.
It’s important to declare a condition at the time of purchase as, if something happens while you’re away that’s linked to your condition and you haven’t informed us, then it is likely that any related claim would be declined.
*T&Cs apply, please check our policy wordings for full cover details.
