Our training is delivered as part of our Career Destinations programme and has been accredited by the Institute of Travel and Tourism. The programme develops staff enabling them to carry out their jobs effectively and is dedicated to delivering customer-focused training to all employees in the company to ensure that an outstanding quality of service is provided to our customers.
Areas covered include:
- Extensive induction programme including both on-the-job and classroom based learning.
- In-house training programme which provides staff with the opportunity to develop existing knowledge and gain new skills.
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities including, where these can be seen to provide a clear business benefit and improve individual performance, financial assistance towards the achievement of professional qualifications.
- Annual performance appraisal to review past performance and identify training needs and objectives for the forthcoming year.
