St. Vincent and the Grenadines; what comes to your mind when you hear this name evokes a vision of exotic and tranquil island life. The callaloo soup and the doucana are two delectable and popular cuisines which are favoured by the locals as well as outsiders. Along with this, you can also try the doughboy and roast breadfruit and saltfish. To satisfy your sweet tooth, you must try the arrowroot cakes or the delicious meringue pie. Don’t forget to wash down this meal with a locally brewed beer, rum or even any of the fresh fruit juices here.
